Notes:
Cobra Reflexes is a passive skill that causes your pet to attack faster all the time, so that it makes more attacks per second. In this way Cobra Reflexes is fairly similar to the hunter talent Serpent's Swiftness. The Frenzy talent also increases attack speed, but not all the time -- Frenzy is triggered by critical hits. (And indeed all of these effects can stack together to make yor pet attack very, very quickly!)
Incidentally, the description of Cobra Reflexes is somewhat misleading. Although training your pet in this passive skill does somewhat reduce your pet's damage per hit, the increase in attack speed more than makes up for the change -- so your pet will actually do more DPS with Cobra Reflexes than without it.
For most hunters, Cobra Reflexes is definitely recommended.
